• Scan sites you don't have permission to test
• Use the service for malicious purposes or to harm others
• Attempt to overload or attack our infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Scan sites containing illegal content

5. Service Limits

• Service limits are determined by your subscription plan
• Current plan details and limits are displayed in your dashboard
• We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing at any time
• We reserve the right to throttle or suspend abusive usage

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using Vibe Check, you grant us a license to analyze and display your website data as part of the service.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We are not responsible for:

• Accuracy of scan results
• Availability of the service
• Loss of data
• Any damages resulting from use of the service

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (likely $0 for free accounts). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. We'll delete your data upon request or after account closure.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
